Understanding our purpose in life begins with recognizing our gifts and understanding how God uses them to impact the world around us. When Joseph saw a glimpse of his future in his prophetic dreams, he had no clue of the big picture or how his life fit in it. Yet, many years later, after being rejected by his older brothers, abandoned and sold into slavery, his destiny still found him.
Joseph's gift of dreams and interpretation of dreams would serve a much greater purpose than he or his family could ever have imagined. God saved not only Jospeh's family, but entire nations through his submitted gifts as he operated in the innovative development of agriculture, created an emergency preparedness stockpiling plan, and stewarded wisely over resources as a top government and business leader. God used him as a family man, a businessman, and a government official. And God has purpose and destiny written on your life too.

When illness interrupts our lives - whether we face short-term sickness, extended illnesses, or fill the role of a caregiver, God still uses our lives for His glory. In fact, God has a way of using our challenges for His glory as we learn to trust Him through valleys.
When my husband was diagnosed with late-stage cancer and a year later I received a cancer diagnosis, our lives were forever changed. We embarked on a healing journey that would be graced with God's peace, faith that has endured many difficulties, and resilience.
Being still and recovering is a very necessary part of our journey when we face life's interruptions. I curated a series of faith-centered resources birthed out of trusting God through our own personal journey of critical illnesses and health crises that I wish we'd had from Day One. Whether you are facing a new diagnosis, a lengthy illness or scars from past wounds, healing is not always immediate. Sometimes it is a journey marked by moments of strength, tears, surrender, and unexpected peace that surpasses all understanding. Whether you are recovering physically, emotionally, or spiritually, our resources are created to walk gently beside you.
Your story is still being written. Even the parts your story that feel unclear or difficult are not outside of His plan. And God is able to use every part of your journey for something meaningfiul.
